 Pre-Sales Services :
We help in identifying the fume hood requirements based on chemical applications. Our technically qualified sales team understands your requirement and accordingly suggests you the best suitable model on the basis of the chemical usage, equipments & accessories to be used in fume hoods and availability of space in lab. We can even help you choose the right place for fume hood based on airflow path.

 After Sales Services:
To serve the customers in the best way and to attend the service calls promptly, Salil Enterprises has a team of qualified engineers and technicians. For any operational query or breakdown in the equipment you can contact us at our office and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

INSTALLATION DETAILS

 Installation:
On site installation of the equipment by a competent service Engineer complying with the IQ, OQ, and PQ Protocols.

 Documentation For Pharmaceutical Companies : IQ, OQ, PQ
Salil Enterprises provides Documents like Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification along with the Operating manual of the equipment.

 Operating Manual:
Salil Enterprises provides the customer with one copy of the operating manual including technical literature on all the components of the system.

 Training:
Salil Enterprises also provides Training for the end user for the smooth functioning of the equipments. The user is trained in proper operation of the system and with required periodic preventive maintenance.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC)

Salil Enterprises is the first and only company in India to offer AMCs for fume hoods. "LabGuard” equipments will provide years of trouble free use with preventive maintenance measures. These can be performed by customer staff or trained personnel available with us. Salil Enterprises is committed to keep the equipment in working condition during warranty period and after expiry of warranty period as well. After the warranty period, we offer a complete Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). “LabGuard” annual maintenance program is designed to keep the equipment running to original manufacturer standards and all the controls within calibration standards. The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is done by trained personnel available with us.
